Open Position:
Training: 1st Shift (7:00 AM 3:00 PM MondayFriday).
Post-training: Shift assignment to be discussed (may include 2nd or 3rd shift).

What You Will be Doing:
- Responsible for achieving rate and meeting targets
- Conduct changeovers and setups
- Inspect parts and machinery for errors
- Perform all shop functions packing instructions and labeling requirements
- Respond to machine faults and downtime and accurately track
- Responsible for training
- Participate in Kaizen events problem solving teams and improvement projects
- Operate a forklift
What You Will Bring:
- 1 year of Brake Press Operator experience
- Laser experience
- Understanding of mechanical systems working knowledge of tools die changeovers and ability to read blueprints
- Basic reading writing and math skills
- Ability to learn and make transactions in an ERP system like Oracle
- Ability to efficiently work in a high paced environment
- Ability to speak read write and understand basic English
- Manufacturing environment; while performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts; the noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
