Job Summary
Were seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager to lead healthcare initiatives with a focus on Medicare Advantage. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in Agile environments Jira and Confluence and can drive projects from planning through execution.
What Youll Do:
Lead Medicare Advantage projects/programs end-to-end.
Manage timelines resources and cross-functional teams.
Ensure compliance with CMS regulations and program requirements.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and track performance in Jira/Confluence.
Identify risks resolve issues and drive continuous process improvement.
What Youll Bring:
3 years managing Medicare Advantage projects/programs.
45 years of Agile experience with Jira and Confluence.
Knowledge of CMS reporting and audit processes.
PMP PMI-ACP or Scrum Master certification preferred.
Healthcare technology or payer-provider experience strongly preferred.
