Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactiveMarketing Assistantto support special projects within our Marketing Communications team. This role will play a key part in ourGerman translation initiative helping ensure accurate and timely localization of marketing content for our German-speaking audience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with theGerman website translation project including:
- Extracting English content from the website and organizing it into Word documents
- Coordinating with external translation vendor to manage the translation process
- Reviewing and preparing translated content for upload
- Updating and publishing translated content on the German version of the website
- Support other marketing communications projects as needed including content organization asset management and graphic design
- Maintain clear documentation and timelines for translation workflows and project milestones
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with Sharepoint 19 website platform is a plus
- Experience working with translation vendors or multilingual content is a bonus
- Proficiency in German is helpful but not required
