Office Administrator (administrative exp. req.) Description
Our client a luxury jewelry designer is looking to add an Office Administrator to join their Team. This is an onsite position working at their Corporate HQ in Dallas supporting their retail store operations. You will specifically focus on post-sales support helping to manage their repair operations within their watch product lines. This is a key role working cross-functionally across internal sales and operations teams as well as outside vendors. About 80% of your time will be spent on repair needs with the balance of your time providing help to other business areas including shipping and inventory management. Given the high-end brands they represent attention to detail and a process-minded approach are a must to be chosen for this role. Beyond the bullets below theyre looking for a service-minded culture-focused candidate who would enjoy a close-knit team atmosphere. Office Administrator (administrative exp. req.) Responsibilities
Coordinate watch repairs routing items to vendors or in-house watchmakers
Provide accurate watch descriptions including serial numbers
Track repair jobs and maintain up-to-date records
Send repair estimates to the sales team
Serve as a liaison between vendors and associates
Keep the sales team informed throughout the repair process
Inspect completed repairs to ensure proper functionality and presentation
Return watches to stores and provide pricing details to sales associates
Participate in cross-training initiatives to enhance operational knowledge
Office Administrator (administrative exp. req.) Qualifications
2 years of office administration experience required
Experience using an ERP or CRM system required
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills required
Ability and willingness to work onsite each day
