Job Summary

Produce detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD.
Create basic 3D renderings using 3D Max.
Develop design presentations using Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
Collaborate on various commercial and residential design projects.

Requirements:

Proficient in AutoCAD (strong technical drawing skills).
Basic skills in 3D Max for rendering.
Proficiency in Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
2 to 3 years of experience in commercial and residential design.
Basic English communication skills.

Employment Type: Full-Time
Minimum Qualification: SPM (Secondary School Certificate)
Experience Required: 2 to 3 years in related fields.

Salary Range:

S$2200 - S$3000 (salary depends on experience).

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Working Days: 6 days a week (1 Sunday off)

Annual Leave:

Starts from 7 days with an additional day added after 1 year of service.
