Job Summary

Salary up to $2900

Working days: Monday to Friday

Working hours: 9am to 6pm

Contract: 1 year renewable contract - no bond

Working Location: Current at Pasir Panjang relocating to Tai Seng in End of Dec 2024

Job Responsibilities:

Provide maintenance support to our clientele and ensure that SLA commitments and requirements are met;
Responsible for attending to incident calls and allocation of calls from the Helpdesk Team;
Troubleshooting of Printer and Projectors

Requirements

Well-versed in technical aspects of field projects including equipment
An analytical mind and strong problem-solving ability
Mini. 1 year experience
