Job Description
Our client a prominent global law firm is hiring a Paralegal or Legal Manager for its Corporate Transactions team in Hong Kong. The role involves providing transactional support to partners and lawyers across Hong Kong Beijing and Shanghai helping deliver efficient and high-quality legal services.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft review and proofread legal documents
- Support due diligence including questionnaires reports and site visits
- Conduct legal and corporate research
- Translate legal materials
- Verify disclosure documents
- Assist with transaction signings and completions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies
Requirements:
- Law degree with strong academic credentials
- Native Mandarin speaker with excellent English communication skills
- 1-2 years experience in IPOs or M&A preferred
- Strong judgment initiative and attention to detail
- Well-organized and deadline-driven
