Job Description
Location: Athens Greece (on-site)
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: MondaySunday night shift only (15:0023:00) flexibility required as hours may change
Contract Type: Permanent full-time (40 hours per week 8h/day 5 days/week)
Target: Local candidates in Athens

What Youll Do

Handle customer inquiries in English via phone chat and email

Solve issues with patience professionalism and a smile (even at night!)

Document interactions and escalate when needed

Support customers and ensure an excellent service experience
What Were Looking For

Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

Living in Athens (locals only)

Flexibility to work night shifts

Previous customer service experience is a plus
