Job Description
Your mission
- You design build and maintain scalable secure and high-quality Tableau Cloud solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization
- You develop intuitive high-performing dashboards and visual analytics that transform complex datasets into clear actionable insights
- You collaborate closely with stakeholders in Marketing Sales Finance and executive leadership to understand reporting needs and translate them into powerful Tableau Cloud solutions
- You ensure data accuracy consistency and security by defining and implementing best practices for Tableau development and governance
- You lead efforts to optimize Tableau Cloud performance data source management and content organization
- You manage Tableau Bridge deployments to enable secure and reliable access to on-premise or private network data sources from Tableau Cloud
- You mentor and guide analysts and report developers on Tableau best practices design principles and performance tuning
- You partner with data engineering to streamline data access define KPIs and ensure a reliable foundation for reporting
- You document dashboards data logic Tableau Bridge setup and Tableau Cloud architecture to foster data literacy and support self-service analytics
Your profile
- 7 years of experience as a Tableau Solution Architect with a strong track record in designing and implementing complex Tableau solutions.
- Proven expertise in delivering end-to-end Tableau Cloud solutions within a B2B SaaS or similar commercial data environment
- Hands-on experience managing Tableau Bridge to support hybrid data access from Tableau Cloud
- Strong understanding of data modeling data governance and user access management in Tableau Cloud
- Proficiency in SQL data transformation and working with structured and semi-structured data
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous cross-functional environments and prioritize what delivers the most business value
- Outstanding logical and analytical capabilities to tackle complex data visualization challenges.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a passion for clean insightful and user-friendly visualizations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
