Role Summary: NearSource is hiring an Office Administrative & Events Coordinator to support day-to-day operations at a Fortune 500 client site. This hybrid role blends administrative support facilities coordination and reception coverage to ensure smooth workplace experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate reception duties including visitor check-ins and call handling
  • Support event logistics including set-up and tear-down for onsite meetings
  • Maintain office supply inventory and ensure workplace readiness
  • Monitor facilities for basic maintenance needs and safety protocols
  • Liaise with external vendors for scheduled services and repairs
  • Assist in organizing and preparing meeting rooms as required
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support daily office operations
  • Report to the on-site supervisor and execute assigned administrative tasks

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as part of event and facilities support
  • Comfortable with vendor coordination and scheduling
  • Proficient in handling reception and general office tasks
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Familiarity with basic building maintenance and safety protocols
  • Experience supporting corporate events and workplace logistics
  • Secondary education in administration or facilities management
