Whats the role

Were hiring an experienced operational leader to join our Cash & Transactional Banking Operations team as Executive Manager Reconciliations based in our Parramatta office for a full-time role. This role leads the Reconciliations Centre of Excellence (COE) overseeing the execution of hundreds of critical reconciliation processes that support regulatory compliance industry settlements and the integrity of our banking operations.

Youll manage a large team across multiple locations and play a key role in driving transformation automation and risk reduction across reconciliation activities. This includes leading efforts to resolve a high-priority issue and managing the impact of more than 40 strategic initiatives that affect reconciliation processes.

As an Executive Manager for Reconciliations you will be:

  • Leading a team of 45 FTE across onshore and offshore locations.
  • Overseeing the execution of high-value high-risk reconciliations.
  • Driving transformation and automation across reconciliation processes.
  • Managing operational risk and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborating with senior stakeholders across the business to deliver strategic outcomes.

What do I need

  • Proven leadership experience in banking operations or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of reconciliation processes and risk management.
  • Experience leading transformation initiatives in complex environments.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under pressure.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
