Responsibilities

  • Handle a broad spectrum of vehicle repairs with speed and accuracy

  • Troubleshoot and correct advanced mechanical and system-related problems using modern diagnostic equipment

  • Maintain detailed documentation of services and repairs performed

  • Ensure every job meets or exceeds manufacturer guidelines and quality expectations

  • Keep up with evolving vehicle technology through ongoing training and certifications

  • Speak clearly with customers to walk them through service recommendations or concerns

  • Work cooperatively with the team to keep the shop clean efficient and well-organized

  • Follow all safety standards and workplace guidelines

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Ford Certification Required
  • At least 5 years of professional experience as an auto technician; Master Tech credentials strongly preferred

  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems parts and diagnostics

  • Confident using diagnostic software and repair tools

  • Excellent communication skills and a professional customer-focused attitude

  • Able to stay organized and productive in a high-volume environment

  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving history

  • Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and being on your feet for long periods
