Job Summary
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Director of Experience to join our team at Fellowship Square in Surprise Arizona. This key role will focus on ensuringa positive resident experience that fosters loyalty retention and referrals.
This role requires superior communication leadership customer service and people management skills. They must also be skilled at creating strategy collaborating and seeing the Big-Picture regarding Senior Living and the Resident Experience. Customer Experience is measured in Resident Retention Resident Satisfaction Results Referrals Sales Occupancy Brand Recognition and Market Growth. Data points will be measured quarterly and annually with benchmarks reported and evaluated.
Responsibilities
The Director of Experience (DOE) is responsible for ensuring a consistently positive and meaningful resident experienceone that fosters loyalty retention and referrals. This role is charged with designing delivering and continually improving hospitality and wellness programs that drive measurable results. The DOE champions service excellence across the community aligning daily operations with the Mission Vision and Values of Fellowship Square Senior Living.
Qualifications
- Must possess a bachelors degree or combination of education/work experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of impactful experience in senior living or a related health care field is required.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite is essential along with a willingness to learn new technology as needed.
