SALES EXECUTIVE
FUJITEC AMERICA INC.
Secure and maintain service accounts and repair work and develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers so that the branch meets annual revenue goals. This position also bids and secures modernization jobs. This position exercises discretion and independent judgement with respect to matters of significance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Works with customers to find what they want create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

- Exceed sales goals and quotas by utilizing company tools for service and repair growth and cancellation reduction.
- Work in coordination with building managers and/or owners and other related contacts in the pre-bidding of modernization jobs including building strong customer relationships and maintaining market awareness of projects and competitors.
- Create quoting and bidding packages by obtaining blueprints of proposed modernization including reviewing specs and labor with operations department for completeness and accuracy and ensuring that jobs will be profitable for the branch.
- Present bids to customers and explains cost factors emphasizing characteristics such as construction performance durability and appearance of equipment.
- Coordinate submittal packages through the approval process and create change orders as requested.
- Manage service accounts by visiting customers within assigned territory to develop ongoing relationships with customers and build an understanding of their needs and wants including building relationships with any associated groups.
- Develop capital plans for customers to address their short- and long-term building needs.
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of company products by attending training classes and studying factory equipment manuals and supplier information including developing knowledge of local elevator code requirements.
- Prepare repair job proposals by estimating labor and other job costs using estimating software program. For items not in the program obtain price estimates from suppliers and manually calculates including reviewing blueprints surveying equipment and interfacing with operations personnel for additional input and approvals.
- Prepare service contract bids including reviewing blueprints and surveying equipment when necessary and interfacing with operations personnel for additional input and approvals.
- Receive and respond to written and oral questions related to quoted repairs and service contracts including performing follow-up with customers on all service and repair proposals.
- Monitor the status of current service contracts by visiting jobsites and customers within assigned territory ensuring customer satisfaction with service; resolves outstanding issues.
- Contact service customers regarding contract renewal prior to contract expiration; advise of price increases if appropriate.
- Keep timely well-organized records of sales activities including but not limited to proposals bookings losses and cancellations using company-provided sales management software.
- Utilize systems to perform various tracking functions.
- Assist in A/R collection efforts to ensure prompt payment from customers
- Conduct customer follow-up on all proposals.
- Visit project sites when necessary and work with operations department to ensure customers needs and deadlines are being met.

- Education: Bachelors in related
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in related
- Requires a valid drivers license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report.

Job duties are performed mainly within an established office environment under normal lighting and climate-controlled tolerances. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.

PAY TRANSPARENCY INFORMATION
The 2025 base pay scale for this position and career level is bolded below:
Level I: $62685 to $85496.25
Level II: $76151.25 to $107651.25
Level III: $102427.50 to $138180
Level IV: $120303.75 to $166950
This base pay range represents the anticipated low and high range of wages for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors such as candidates location qualifications skills competencies and proficiency for the role. This role is also eligible for commissions subject to the terms of the IC agreement.
In addition to base pay full-time employees are eligible for insurance (medical dental vision life short-term disability and long-term disability) and a 401(k) plan all subject to the terms and conditions of those plans which may change from time to time. Employees are also eligible for certain paid-time off benefits pursuant to our policies (which may change from time to time) and applicable laws.
