Real Estate Construction Attorney (510 Years Experience)
Location: Century City Los Angeles CA Hybrid
A well-respected law firm with a strong reputation in real estate and construction law is seeking a Real Estate Construction Attorney to join their team. This is an opportunity to work alongside top attorneys on complex high-profile development projects while building a long-term career in a collaborative and client-focused environment.
What Youll Do
- Draft review and negotiate construction contracts development agreements and related real estate documents.
- Advise clients on contract compliance risk management and dispute resolution.
- Partner with developers contractors and internal teams to deliver practical legal solutions.
- Stay up to date on construction law and real estate regulations.
What Were Looking For
- JD from an accredited law school; active bar admission.
- 5 years of experience in real estate construction law.
- Proven track record in drafting and negotiating RE construction agreements.
- Strong communication analytical and client service skills.
