What Youll Do

Draft review and negotiate construction contracts development agreements and related real estate documents.
Advise clients on contract compliance risk management and dispute resolution.
Partner with developers contractors and internal teams to deliver practical legal solutions.
Stay up to date on construction law and real estate regulations.

What Were Looking For

JD from an accredited law school; active bar admission.
5 years of experience in real estate construction law.
Proven track record in drafting and negotiating RE construction agreements.
