Real Estate Construction Attorney (510 Years Experience)

Location: Century City Los Angeles CA Hybrid

A well-respected law firm with a strong reputation in real estate and construction law is seeking a Real Estate Construction Attorney to join their team. This is an opportunity to work alongside top attorneys on complex high-profile development projects while building a long-term career in a collaborative and client-focused environment.

What Youll Do

  • Draft review and negotiate construction contracts development agreements and related real estate documents.
  • Advise clients on contract compliance risk management and dispute resolution.
  • Partner with developers contractors and internal teams to deliver practical legal solutions.
  • Stay up to date on construction law and real estate regulations.

What Were Looking For

  • JD from an accredited law school; active bar admission.
  • 5 years of experience in real estate construction law.
  • Proven track record in drafting and negotiating RE construction agreements.
  • Strong communication analytical and client service skills.
