Job Description Summary:
At the direction of the Manager HRIS & Analytics the Workday Integration Developer supports HRIS initiatives projects and applications. This position is responsible for supporting operational data needs in our HR applications including Workday HealthStream and any future applications that the company will utilize. This role will also ensure all vendor interfaces (for both internal and external) are maintained using EIBs Core Connectors Cloud Connect and Workday Studio to meet functional requirements. The Workday Integration Developer will participate in the identification and implementation of new modules/functionality and applications as appropriate as well as ongoing support and administration of existing applications. This position will be expected to drive influence and partner with HR IT and our end-users to best leverage the systems and processes currently in place and to drive improvements where necessary.University Medical Center Inc. d/b/a UofL Health - UofL Hospital hereby gives notice to all employees of the filing of an Application for Permanent Alien Labor Certification pursuant to 20 C.F.R Section 656.10 for the following:
Job Title: Workday Integration Developer.
Rate of Pay: $97510.00 per year. The employer will pay or exceed the prevailing wage as determined by the U.S. Department of labor.
Job Description:
Build Workday integration and technical solutions using EIBs Core Connectors Cloud Connect and Workday Studio to meet functional requirements
Manage data analysis and data integration of disparate systems
Interpret and solution functional requirements with Workday technology solutions
Provide problem-solving expertise and complex analysis of data to develop quality integration and solution designs
Assist with implementation of new functionality which will include test scripts testing creating user documents and training documents.
Develop and maintain report templates to support ongoing customer needs.
Support data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
Take lead on HRIS-related projects and initiatives and work closely with other analysts on ad hoc reporting and data analysis.
Assist in the review testing and implementation of system upgrades and/or updates.
Collaborate with HR and IT to coordinate fixes and upgrades.
Partner with business to gather and create requirements documentation for new functionality.
Support system-based open enrollment.
Serve as a liaison with external third parties and other stakeholders (e.g. payroll ADP finance benefit vendors etc.).
Support from an HRIS standpoint internal HR initiatives and projects
Maintains compliance with all company policies procedures and standards of conduct
Complies with HIPAA privacy and security requirements to maintain confidentiality at all times.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Education:
High school diploma or GED/Equivalent (required)
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Computer Science Data Management Information System Business Administration or other related field (required)
Masters degree in Human Resources Computer Science Data Management Information System Business Administration or other related field (preferred)
Experience:
5 - 10 years previous HRIS experience (required)
3 years Workday experience (required)
Experience with Workday Integration Development with Studio (required)
Experience with other Workday technologies - Web Service Application Program Interface (APIs) SOAP REST middleware Cloud Connect Business Process Framework Configurable Security Calculated Fields XML/XSLT BIRT and Workday Report writer tools
Certification:
SHRM-CP (preferred)
Workday Integration Certifications (past or present) (preferred)
