The Location
Located in beautiful historic Ipswich Bolton Clarkes Milford Grange provides high-quality aged care in a friendly secure and comfortable residential environment.
The Role
Bolton Clarke Registered Nurses provide a range of clinical care and support services for our residents assisting them to experience a greater level of independence and ensuring their health and wellness are supported. These include:
- Providing and monitoring the care of residents
- Using a systematic approach to clinical decision-making
- Developing appropriate therapeutic and caring relationships
- Collaborating with the health care team to achieve resident outcomes
- Participating in the development of a supportive environment with the team
To be successful
- 3 years Aged Care Registered Nurse experience desirable
- Ability to work night shift
- Ability to lead a team of care staff
- Ability to mentor and support New Grad nurses
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build meaningful relationships with Residents and their Families
- Excellent understanding of legislative reporting requirements and ACQSC standards
- Relevant qualifications and AHPRA registration
- Valid working rights in Australia
- Flu Vaccination (or willingness to obtain)
- NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
- Evidence of Covid-19 vaccinations in line with current requirements
