Job Description
- Job Title: Dentist
- Location: DOH Duval County Dental Center
- Work Schedule: 23 days per week
- Pay Rate: $101.81/hr (1099)
- Dress Code: Medical Scrubs
- Software Used: EagleSoft Electronic Oral Health Record HMS
- Requirements: Level 2 background check and drug screen
- Provide a full range of general dental services including comprehensive exams preventive services restorations dentures (complete & partial) and extractions.
- DDS or DMD Degree
- Active Florida Dental License (in good standing)
- Current/Active DEA Certification
- Current CPR Certification
- 5 years experience providing general dental services
- Experience with EagleSoft Electronic Oral Health Record
