Senior Healthcare Assistant Day Shifts Full-Time 14.40 per hour
Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Healthcare Assistant to join its dedicated team in a welcoming homely residential care home for older adults. What Were Looking For:
- Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or above).
- Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant (ideally with supervisory or senior-level responsibilities).
- Strong understanding of older adults care including dementia awareness.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a compassionate and patient approach.
- Willingness to undertake additional training as required.

- Build warm respectful relationships with residents families and colleagues.
- Maintain accurate care plans observations and documentation.
- Uphold safeguarding health and safety and infection control standards.
