Senior Healthcare Assistant Day Shifts Full-Time 14.40 per hour

Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Healthcare Assistant to join its dedicated team in a welcoming homely residential care home for older adults. What Were Looking For:

Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or above).
Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant (ideally with supervisory or senior-level responsibilities).
Strong understanding of older adults care including dementia awareness.
Excellent communication and leadership skills with a compassionate and patient approach.
Willingness to undertake additional training as required.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide person-centred care supporting residents with daily living dignity and independence.
Lead and mentor care staff ensuring high standards of care and teamwork.
Administer and record medications in line with policies and procedures (training provided if required).
Build warm respectful relationships with residents families and colleagues.
Maintain accurate care plans observations and documentation.
Uphold safeguarding health and safety and infection control standards.
