Team Leadership & Performance Optimization
Lead coach and develop a hybrid team of in-office and remote SBA/CRE Servicing Specialists.
Leverage AI-based performance dashboards to monitor productivity identify training needs and drive continuous improvement.
Oversee workflow automation and service-level adherence to ensure member satisfaction and operational excellence.
Loan Servicing & Portfolio Management
Manage the full lifecycle of SBA/CRE loan servicing including modifications renewals and liquidation tracking.
Ensure timely and accurate documentations digital file retention and automated scheduling of annual reviews.
Collaborate with Business Lending to align servicing practices and risk mitigation strategies.
Compliance & Regulatory Oversight
Ensure servicing operations comply with SBA NCUA and other federal regulations leveraging automated compliance monitoring tools.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving regulatory requirements and integrate changes into servicing protocols.
Data-Driven Insights & Reporting
Oversee real-time reporting on portfolio performance delinquency trends risk ratings and regulatory metrics.
Utilize machine learning models to identify early warning signs recommend loan grading adjustments and support CECL forecasting.
Coordinate with Accounting for property loss recognition and recovery tracking.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead and mentor a team of servicing specialists fostering a culture of innovation accountability and continuous improvement.
Promote cross-training and upskilling data analytics and AI-assisted servicing tools.

Experience
3 years of experience in loan servicing or collections with an additional 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of SBA/CRE servicing.
Strong analytical communication and leadership skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
Licenses Certifications Registrations

Managerial Responsibility
Has leadership responsibilities that are direct or through other team leaders typically with a subordinate group of 5 structural and personnel needs and assigns work to meet those coordinates and reviews the work of assigned staff. Determines goals to be reached and leads the achievement of goals. Recommends candidates for employment conducts performance evaluations and salary reviews for staff and applies company policy.
Computer/Office Equipment Skills
Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook Word PowerPoint and Excel.
Experience with analytical and reporting software and loan origination systems.
Knowledge of credit bureau systems and financial calculators.
Language Skills
Demonstrated ability to clearly express ideas methodology results and recommendations verbally in writing and through insightful reports and graphic illustrations.
Demonstrated ability to document outcomes and present information in a manner appropriate for key stakeholders.
Other Skills and Abilities
Strong ability to evaluate monitor and manage performance
Understanding of relevant regulations (FDCPA RESPA CFPB etc.).
