Reporting directly to the Retail Operations Manager the Store Managerleads a collaborative leadership team to drive store profitability andoperational excellence. This role oversees Gross Margin Payroll InventoryManagement and Loss Control while ensuring an exceptional customer experienceand a vibrant workplace culture. Youll monitor financial performance manageresources efficiently develop and mentor your team and create a shoppingenvironment that delights customers every day. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• 2 years of leadership experience in grocery retail or other related experience supervising people..
• A strong business sense with a proven track record in operations sales and profitability.
• A talent for building and inspiring teams that thrive.
• A combination of education and experience which might include a diploma or a degree.
• Proficiency with MS Office GSuite and general aptitude for learning new systems.
