THEROLE
The Root Cellar is a bustling family-owned market with a big heartand an even bigger commitment to fresh and local food. Were looking for aStore Manager to join our leadership team someone who thrives in a fast-pacedgrocery environment and is passionate about people food and community.
Reporting directly to the Retail Operations Manager the Store Managerleads a collaborative leadership team to drive store profitability andoperational excellence. This role oversees Gross Margin Payroll InventoryManagement and Loss Control while ensuring an exceptional customer experienceand a vibrant workplace culture. Youll monitor financial performance manageresources efficiently develop and mentor your team and create a shoppingenvironment that delights customers every day. Beyond the numbers youll bringa passion for integrity sustainability innovation and positivityalwayschoosing what is right not what is easy.

- Experienced in grocery or similar fast-paced environments with proven results to show for it

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- 2 years of leadership experience in grocery retail or other related experience supervising people..
- A strong business sense with a proven track record in operations sales and profitability.
- A talent for building and inspiring teams that thrive.
- A combination of education and experience which might include a diploma or a degree.
- Proficiency with MS Office GSuite and general aptitude for learning new systems.
