Position Description:

Trinity Valley School is seeking a full-time Security Officer beginning September 2025.

Role and Responsibilities:

TVS Security Officers are the front line of protecting the School community and managing risk in a manner respectful of the Schools core values culture and climate. Officers help to provide an environment that ensures student faculty and visitor safety while supporting the Schools mission.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Performing basic security services greet all persons entering campus patrol campus control access gates monitor multiple cameras perform traffic control perform registered sex offender checks operate access control systems operate building alarm systems submit incident reports secure campus nightly assist with school emergency drills and in the event of a medical emergency render first aid.

Knowledge Experience and Skill Requirements:

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have prior experience as a security officer.
  • Support fully the four main objectives of the TVS Mission Statement.
  • Recognize embrace and engage in efforts to enhance diversity equity and inclusion.
  • Exemplify personal and professional integrity.
  • Work collaboratively with TVS faculty and staff.
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be proficient with Microsoft and Mac software.
  • Successfully complete background screening.
