Job Description Sales & Client Relationship Specialist

The Sales & Client Relationship Specialist plays a key role in growing revenue delivering excellent customer service and maintaining strong client relationships. This position ensures that leads are converted clients are retained and opportunities for upselling are identified all while representing The Maids brand with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to new leads via phone email or web inquiries.
  • Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and expand the client base.
  • Create and schedule social media posts to promote services and engage with potential clients.
  • Follow up on social media interactions to convert inquiries into leads.
  • Follow up on open quotes and move prospects through the sales pipeline.
  • Check in with the operations team to confirm client schedules and resolve changes.
  • Handle client calls/emails regarding adjustments concerns or reschedules.
  • Record all leads client interactions and updates in the CRM/system.
  • Conduct post-service follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Identify upselling opportunities such as deep cleans add-ons or frequency upgrades.
  • Encourage client reviews testimonials and referrals.
  • Prepare and submit weekly reports on sales client retention and social media engagement metrics.

Daily Priorities

  • Respond to all new leads quickly (phone email web).
  • Make cold calls to potential clients to generate new business.
  • Create and post engaging content on social media platforms.
  • Follow up on social media inquiries and interactions.
  • Follow up on open quotes and pending clients.
  • Check in with operations team on client schedules/changes.
  • Handle client calls/emails for adjustments or concerns.
  • Record all activity in CRM/system.

Weekly Priorities

  • Review all open leads & move them forward.
  • Call or email new clients after first service for feedback.
  • Reach out to any at-risk or unhappy clients.
  • Identify upsell opportunities (deep cleans add-ons frequency upgrades).
  • Encourage clients to leave reviews or referrals.
  • Monitor and analyze social media engagement to optimize future posts.
  • Submit weekly sales retention and social media engagement report to manager.

Key Metrics (What Success Looks Like)

  • Fast response time to leads.
  • High conversion rate from quote booked service.
  • Strong client retention (low cancellations).
  • Consistent upsell/repeat business.
  • Positive reviews & client satisfaction.
  • Increased lead generation from cold calling efforts.
  • Growth in social media engagement and conversions from posts.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales customer service or client relationship management.
  • Experience with cold calling and lead generation.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation for business purposes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems Microsoft Office Suite and social media management tools.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
  • Positive solution-oriented attitude with a customer-first mindset.
