The Role
Were looking for a Casual Receptionist & Office Assistant to support our Auckland office. This hybrid role combines being the first point of contact for our clients at reception with providing practical office support across the business.
This is a casual role with hours varying depending on business needs (most often 9am - 3pm). Its an excellent opportunity for someone professional organised and adaptable who enjoys variety and thrives in a busy team environment.
What Youll Do
- Provide a warm and professional front-of-house service greeting clients answering calls and managing reception.
- Support office operations including meeting room bookings catering mail couriers general office supplies and event set-up.
- Provide office support such as photocopying document handling and deliveries.
- Coordinate internal events and support office activities as needed.
- Support Legal Assistants with overflow tasks including file preparation and administration.
- Help ensure smooth day-to-day running of the office by pitching in where required.
What Youll Bring
- Previous experience in reception office administration or similar client-facing roles
- Excellent communication and client service skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to juggle tasks prioritise effectively and work independently.
- A positive can-do attitude and willingness to help across the team.
