Job Summary

Doha I Fresh Graduates Fashion I Salary: 1500 to 2000 QAR

Are you passionate about fashion and eager to build a career in the industry Were looking for a smart organized and proactive assistant to the CEO who can join our fashion studio in Doha. This is an exciting opportunity for a fresh graduate in Fashion. Youll be supporting both the business and creative sides of the brand from managing studio operations and customer orders to attending meetings exploring new opportunities in the local fashion scene.

What Youll Do:

Be the CEOs goto person for scheduling emails meetings and daytoday coordination

Join meetings take notes and follow up on key action points

Help manage studio operations to make sure production runs smoothly

Handle customer messages take orders and process payments

Maintain and update the Shopify store (well train you if needed!)

Look out for opportunities like local popups fashion events and collaborations

Assist with errands sourcing materials and anything else needed to keep the studio running

Step into leadership support roles in the CEOs absence when needed

What Were Looking For:

Fresh graduate or entrylevel talent

Strong communication and organizational skills

Confident with basic tech (Google Sheets Shopify training provided)

Friendly and professional in dealing with clients

Reliable detailoriented and ready to take initiative

Passion for the fashion industry and eagerness to learn and grow
