As an IT Operations Technician within the IT Support team your primary goal will be to provide comprehensive support across various departments within the company focusing on improving processes and enhancing on-premises infrastructure and services. This role is pivotal in supporting the organizations ongoing growth by balancing the workload between improvement initiatives and the critical need to service internal customers effectively. You will collaborate closely with key teams including IT Support CyberSecurity Compliance Business Operations and Office Management.
This role offers a hybrid work environment in our Marbella office.

In your first month you will become familiar with our existing IT infrastructure and processes while also starting to engage with various teams to understand their specific IT needs and challenges. You will begin to take ownership of small implementation projects and start triaging and diagnosing support issues as they arise.
After six months you will have successfully led implementation projects independently enhancing our IT services and infrastructure. You will demonstrate proficiency in providing L2/L3 technical support and will be well-versed in onboarding new technologies and services ensuring compliance with ISO27001 and SOC2 processes.
Provide L2/L3 technical support to internal customers ensuring timely resolution of issues and minimal disruption to operations.
Oversee the onboarding and implementation of new technologies and services contributing to the continuous improvement of our IT operations.
Ensure compliance with established ISO27001 and SOC2 processes maintaining high standards of security and data integrity.
Experience with operating systems maintenance including Windows Linux and MacOS ensuring optimal performance across platforms.
2-3 years of experience as L2/3 Technical Support Technician.
Proficient in Google Workspace and Atlassian tools enhancing team collaboration and productivity.
Familiarity with RMM & MDM technologies contributing to effective device management and support.
Skills in Powershell scripting to automate tasks and improve operational efficiency.
Understanding and experience with ITSM tools.
Demonstrated experience in networking with a solid understanding of computer networks and their configurations..

Knowledge of management tools and services such as Ninjaone and Crowdstrike
Familiarity with ISO27001 and/or SOC2 would be a plus. Knowledge of compliance platforms like Vanta will be accounted for.
Experience with Atlassian products.
Being used to automation processes and tools like Zapier IFTTT.
Experience with devices from Mikrotik Unifi
