Job Summary

This role is critical in managing the companys outgoing payments ensuring invoices are processed accurately and on time and maintaining strong relationships with French-speaking suppliers. As part of a collaborative and fast-paced team you will play a crucial role in supporting key financial processes and identifying opportunities to improve workflows.

The Role / What Youll Do

Processing incoming invoices in line with company policies and within deadlines.
Ensuring invoices are properly approved coded and matched with purchase orders.
Handling payment runs and monitoring due dates to avoid late payments.
Communicating with French-speaking suppliers and internal departments to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues.
Maintaining vendor records and ensuring the accuracy of data in the system.
Assisting with month-end closing activities such as reconciliations and accruals.
Supporting internal and external audits by providing requested documentation.
Continuously identifying opportunities to improve Accounts Payable processes and workflows.

Your Profile / What You Need to Succeed

Proficiency in French (B2 or higher) both written and spoken.
Proficiency in English the working language of the company.
Previous experience in an Accounts Payable or similar finance role.
Experience with ERP systems.
Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
The ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team-oriented environment.
Strong time management and organizational skills to meet multiple deadlines.
