This is not just another job: youll be the main person responsible for sales and play a key role in the growth of our coworking. At the same time youll take care of our community making sure members feel at home and connected. What will I be doing
- Drive sales: youll be responsible for bringing in new members from prospecting and generating leads to closing coworking contracts.
- Be the community builder: get to know all our coworkers welcome them and help them connect through events activities and daily interactions.
- Event organization: plan and execute both internal and external events that bring value to the community.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of sales experience (coworking hospitality B2B or similar).
- English & Spanish fluency.
- Youre a natural people person: outgoing energetic and with a true service mindset.
- Proactive and autonomous: you dont wait for things to happenyou make them happen.
