Tasks
- Perform inspection troubleshooting spare parts selection repair and quality control on a wide variety of e-bikes.
- Prepare e-bikes for delivery and manage fleet maintenance.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in repair processes and service quality.
- Support warehouse operations with ideas to optimize efficiency and workflow.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in e-bike mechanics with solid knowledge of electric bikes their components and diagnostic tools.
- Passion for quality efficiency and hands-on technical problem-solving.
- Comfort working independently and as part of a close-knit team.
- Fluent English. German is a plus
