Job Description
Title: QRM Technical Engineer
Location: Charlotte NC (Local candidates only)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage QRM product ensuring maintenance and improved application performance/stability.
- Support business continuity and disaster recovery capabilities.
- Troubleshoot updates/upgrades with QRM software.
- Participate in Agile SCRUM team ceremonies.
- Collaborate with project leads to develop use cases flow diagrams and workflow analysis.
- Create documentation throughout all SDLC phases.
- Understand business partner requirements and troubleshoot issues effectively.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5-8 years of technical expertise with MS SQL (writing/reading queries SSIS package maintenance).
- Basic knowledge of creating Batch files and scheduled tasks.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts across all phases of software development.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude and problem-solving abilities.
- Preferred knowledge in AWS Infrastructure (Batch EC2 RDS Lambda S3 CloudFront Step Functions).
Mandatory Skills:
- Expertise in QRM (Quality Risk Management).
- Hands-on experience with Terraform.
- PowerShell scripting knowledge.
- Strong MSSQL skills.
- Familiarity with analytical tools.
- Vendor management and negotiation skills.
