We specialize in website design SEO social media management PPC advertising reputation management business credit building and outsourced U.S.-based call center solutions to boost visibility and revenue.

Tasks

Provide inbound customer service support for client-specific inquiries.

Assist with account issues fraud resolution and general support.

Deliver accurate confidential service and meet performance benchmarks.

Attend certification training and maintain service quality standards.

30.00 Background check Fee which is Reeimbursed in First Paycheck

Requirements

Must have a computer with folllowing:

Windows 10 or 11 PC with Intel i5 or AMD Ryzen 3 8 GB RAM.

Hardwired Ethernet connection (no Wi-Fi).

USB headset with phone-quality audio.

Hardwired keyboard and mouse.

Smartphone for security verification.

Hardwired telephone may be required for some programs.
