Job Description
UFT/VBScript programming and Eggplant migration
- Location: Hyderabad
- Exp: 5Yrs
JD:
- Proven experience in UFT/VBScript to Eggplant migration
- Strong hands-on skills in UFT/VBScript programming
Job Description-
- Evaluate the functional requirements for testability and identify suitable cases for automation
- Develop and build a test automation strategy with a focus on maximizing reusability for regression testing within an Agile framework
- Independently create execute and maintain comprehensive automation scripts using Eggplant automation framework
- Craft detailed test cases/scripts that align with business and technical specifications using Rally for task management and tracking
- Exhibit expertise in managing code logic for unexpected conditions process flow variations and expected error conditions
- Demonstrate proficiency with essential SQL queries for database interaction and validation
- Experience integrating automation scripts with DevOps/CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous integration and delivery
- Develop expertise in creating test scripts for both Windows and Web applications
- Provide detailed test execution reports to document test outcomes and measure effectiveness using Agile methodologies for iterative development and feedback
- Maintain and update automated scripts within the existing framework adhering to established coding standards
- Expertise in designing and developing test automation-related processes frameworks templates guidelines and standards in line with Agile best practices
- Proactive in resolving functional issues and capable of troubleshooting independently within an Agile environment
- Ability to understand and test various aspects of Integration testing involving multiple interfaces following Agile principles
- Work independently and initiate tasks proactively demonstrating strong self-management skills and effectively using Rally for project organization and Agile sprint planning
