Job Description
- Plan manage and deliver projects using both Agile and traditional methodologies.
- Develop and maintain project schedules timelines financials and resource allocations.
- Track and communicate project and initiative progress to stakeholders.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups sprint planning sprint reviews and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to manage the backlog and guide team priorities.
- Identify and address risks and impediments affecting project or team progress; work with the team to develop mitigation strategies and ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor team performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Provide coaching and mentorship on Agile principles and values.
