Job Description
Job Title: Java Technical Lead
Location: Pittsburgh PA Onsite
Type: Full Time
Overview:
Seeking an experienced Fullstack Java Technical Lead with 12 years of experience to design and deliver scalable enterprise solutions lead teams and manage end-to-end architecture DevOps and real-time data streaming initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
-
Design & develop enterprise solutions using Java (Spring Boot) frontend frameworks (React/Angular) and microservices
-
Lead container migrations & cloud-native deployments with Docker Kubernetes OpenShift
-
Implement real-time data streaming using Apache Kafka
-
Own CI/CD pipelines DevOps integration and automated deployments (Jenkins GitLab CI/CD)
-
Mentor development teams enforce coding standards and ensure performance & security
-
Develop RESTful APIs and integrate backend with frontend systems
-
Implement monitoring/logging with Grafana ELK Stack
Must-Have Skills:

12 years in Fullstack Java development & technical leadership
-
Strong expertise in Java 8 Spring Framework

Proficiency with frontend frameworks: React Angular

Experience with REST APIs microservices containerization CI/CD DevOps
-
Hands-on with Apache Kafka relational & NoSQL databases

Excellent mentoring & team leadership skills
Good-to-Have Skills:
