Job Title: Cloud DevOps Architect/ Lead

Required Skills:

As a Senior Cloud DevOps Engineer you will lead the design implementation and optimization of cloud-native infrastructure and DevOps practices. Youll work closely with software engineers cybersecurity teams and system architects to ensure scalable secure and efficient deployment pipelines and cloud environments supporting mission-critical aerospace applications.
Architect and maintain scalable AWS cloud environments
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform CloudFormation or Ansible.
Design and manage automated CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
Ensure zero-downtime deployments and rollback strategies.
Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
Optimize orchestration for high availability and performance.
Integrate DevSecOps practices to meet aerospace cybersecurity standards (e.g. NIST ISO 27001).
Conduct vulnerability assessments and implement remediation strategies.
Set up observability tools (Prometheus Grafana ELK stack) for performance and reliability.
Implement cost optimization strategies aligned with FinOps principles.
Mentor junior engineers and promote DevOps culture across teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software QA and infrastructure.
Proficiency in scripting languages (Python Bash PowerShell)
Experience with Kubernetes Docker and Helm Knowledge of serverless architectures and microservices.
Certification in AWS DevOps Engineer will be highly desirable

Work Site: Brea CA / Onsite

Duration: 6 Months Contract

Expected Start Date: Immediate - 2 weeks
