Lead Mammography Technologist - Full Time Days
Location: Downtown Houston TX
Pay Range: $104000 - $115000 annually
Overview:
Join our dynamic imaging team as a Lead Mammography Technologist in the heart of Downtown Houston. Were seeking a skilled and experienced Mammo Tech leader to provide high-quality diagnostic imaging while mentoring a team of technologists. This is a full-time weekday daytime position offering competitive pay and the opportunity to grow professionally in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
What Youll Do:
- Perform high-quality mammographic procedures in accordance with physician orders and regulatory standards
- Lead and support a team of technologists providing training and daily guidance
- Ensure equipment functionality and coordinate maintenance as needed
- Maintain compliance with MQSA and all regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff for optimal patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and accreditation processes
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology
- Current Texas Medical Board Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT) license (temporary or permanent)
- Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT-R)
- Certified in Basic or Advanced Life Support (BLS or ALS)
- Senior-level or leadership experience as a Mammography Technologist
