Job Summary

Job Title- UKG Functional Consultant

Project Location Hybrid 3 days in Mount Prospect Illinois

Duration- 12 months contract

Visa- USC/ GC

Job Description: The HR Functional consultant is responsible for providing Kronos Workforce central and WFM PRO Dimensions knowledge to business users functional leadership and guidance in design and implementation of configurations customization enhancements and changes to meet evolving business requirements.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

Perform solution designs functional testing best practice recommendations functional leadership and guidance.
Complete configuration tasks with the Kronos and the new UKG Dimensions and SAP HCM time management.
Follow and use the templates processes and regulations from excellence organizations and ensure a consistent requirement engineering development deployment and testing methodology
Research and resolve production problems work closely with stakeholders to refine technical detail into user stories with acceptance criteria.
Assess customer requirements and provide development effort estimations
Maintain a balance between standardization and customer orientation as well as development speed and time-to-market
Participate in tier 3 IT Solution support activities including incident management and the delivery of application upgrades and patches
Work independently to resolve complex issues and suggest alternative approaches.
Lead product demos and requirement gathering sessions.
Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on an existing suite of complex applications.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work with global team/end-users.
Maintain professional and good working relationships with team members and business.

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering MIS or similar areas.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on SAP Kronos workforce central or UKG Dimensions pro experience.
Good to have knowledge on integration with SAP: SAP HCM - Time Management.
Capable of documenting and interpreting functional and technical specifications
Strong communication skills (spoken and written) with the ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical individuals
Experience working in a global IT organization and collaborating with colleagues around the world

Maintained high level of quality while working under pressure and deadlines
