Education Qualification: B.E. (any specialization) or Graduate in any discipline

Experience:

Candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in Transportation Operations Freight Forwarding Service Provider Management SLAs & KPIs and Master Data Management

Skill requirements:

Good understanding of following is expected.

• Transportation Operations Order to Delivery
• Freight Network Management Domestic & International
• Logistics Service Provider Management and Ownership
• Supply chain process metrics governance
• Transportation process metrics governance system tools
• Working knowledge of Power Bi or Tableau
• Understanding of SQL (preferred and good to have)
• Ability to analyse data and make presentations for leadership review
• Basic data analysis for KPIs (should be able to identify patterns trends variations in data)
• Good English language proficiency to interact with global team members
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suites like Work Excel Power Point
• Knowledge in Excel Marcos development (preferred)

Job Duties/Responsibilities includes but not limited to:

• Lead continuous improvement projects to solve business problems in prime product distribution space
• Responsible for shipment execution by collection shipment forecast planning capacity and securing space with carriers
• Responsible for Pre & Post Shipment documentation
• Aware of customs clearance process and statutory requirements in India
• Responsible for addressing dealer queries and concerns through designated platforms and communication mediums.
• Drive IT system transportation and provide project management and expertise
• Be responsible for the maintenance transportation event dashboards and creation of new supply chain dashboards as and when needed (both static and live environments).
• Work closely with regional Trade Lane Managers for transportation data analysis required for our Key Performance Metrics and Cost Trackers.
• Identify trends patterns opportunities and make recommendations to Trade Lane managers to drive greater network efficiency and Enterprise Value Creation
• Work closely with other regions Trade Lane Managers to rectify data quality issues with shipments with origin Asia to improve visibility.
• Support regional Trade Lane Managers in terms of automating day to day processes to cut down on operational time.
• Work independently without close supervision on complex processes and modules that may be used by one or more programs systems or in support of infrastructure component change management and coordinate with extended team to fix complex issues.
• Supporting Project Leads when required for e.g. data gathering reporting outputs.
