Job Description
Job Title: IT Project Manager (Healthcare Medicaid/Medicare Data Analytics & Reporting Cognos/OBIEE)
Location: Albany NY (Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Qualification:
- Proven experience providing guidance and oversight to large teams within the IT healthcare sector.
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing software implementation or in-house application development projects utilizing standard project methodologies (SDLC).
- Hands-on experience delivering IT projects in the healthcare industry specifically within Medicaid or Medicare systems.
- Background in collaborating with State Federal or Local government agencies.
- Skilled in analyzing and developing reporting solutions for senior management power users and ad hoc needs using industry-standard reporting tools (e.g. Cognos OBIEE).
- Expertise in data analysis data mining and working with complex systems and relational databases.
- Experience operating within a formal Project Management Office (PMO) collaborating with Project Managers and teams applying standardized methodologies (waterfall agile) leveraging templates and contributing to project deployment readiness assessments.
