Job Title: Solution Architect GenAI & Analytics
Location: Charlotte NC (Onsite/Hybrid)

About the Role:
We are looking for a hands-on Solution Architect with strong experience in designing enterprise-scale frameworks for advanced analytics and Generative AI (GenAI) solutions. Youll lead a team of engineers while staying deeply involved in architecture coding and integration across cloud data and AI platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect & build scalable infrastructure frameworks for AI/ML & GenAI
Mentor engineering teams enforce coding standards and drive CI/CD best practices
Integrate LLMs GenAI platforms and analytical applications into enterprise systems
Work with AWS (ECS Lambda S3 Glue) Spark PySpark and Snowflake
Ensure security compliance and enterprise-grade performance

Qualifications:

10 years in solution architecture with strong hands-on coding (Java Python Scala JavaScript)
Expertise in AWS services Spark PySpark Snowflake
Experience integrating LLMs/GenAI (OpenAI Hugging Face Vertex AI LangChain a plus)
Strong leadership and Agile collaboration skills
