Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Lead the end-to-end Salesforce migration project including planning execution and post-migration support.
Data Migration: Oversee the extraction transformation and loading (ETL) of data from legacy systems to Salesforce ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure Salesforce to align with business processes and requirements.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including (Engineering Business Transformation Teams Leadership) to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation.
Testing and Validation: Develop and execute test plans to validate data migration and system functionality.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users (stakeholders) to facilitate a smooth transition and adoption of Salesforce.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of migration processes configurations and customizations.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization within the Salesforce environment.
Risk Management: Identify assess and mitigate project risks to ensure minimal impact on the migration outcome.
Experience and Qualifications:
5 years of Project Management experience technology or platform migration projects.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Proven experience in Salesforce migration projects with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data management.
Previous experience and working knowledge of the tools and platforms.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce tools and technologies including Apex Visualforce and Lightning components.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
Soft Skills:
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Initiative and Proactivity: Demonstrating a proactive approach to managing tasks and projects taking ownership and driving results with minimal supervision.
Time Management: Meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and address issues independently including seeking assistance when needed and communicating effectively with team members.
Attention to Detail: Accuracy in maintaining records and documentation.
Certifications: Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Data Architect are a plus.

Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
