Job Description
- As an Application Developer you will be responsible for designing building and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- You are expected to be a subject matter expert collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
- You will be responsible for team decisions engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
- Additionally you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Expert proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management is required.
- Advanced proficiency in Servicenow Tools Administration is recommended.
- Advanced proficiency in ServiceNow System Configuration ServiceNow Software Asset Management and ServiceNow JavaScript APIs is suggested.
- 7 years of experience on the ServiceNow Platform
- Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Mid-server maintenance
- Scoped applications
- Update-set promotion
- API integrations (OAuth and basic)
- Platform version upgrades
- Scheduled jobs and data imports
- Single Sign On (SAML)
- Custom Tables
- Catalog item creation and modification
- Workflow editor and designer
