Overview:

The Client is seeking an experienced IT professional to support our Windows 11 upgrade initiative. This role will focus on migrating end-users from Windows 10 to Windows 11 ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption to daily operations.

Responsibilities:

Perform Windows 11 upgrades across company devices
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software compatibility issues
Provide end-user support during and after migration
Document processes issues and resolutions for IT team reference
Ensure systems meet security and compliance requirements

Qualifications:

Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 upgrades and deployments
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with Active Directory Group Policy and imaging tools
Excellent communication and customer service skills
