Position: RN House Supervisor
Location: Lander Wyoming 82501
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift Types: Start Time : 7:00 PM End Time : 7:00 AM
Position Information:
- Promote and restore patient health through effective daily management and long-term care planning.
- Direct develop and support nursing staff; collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
- Recruit train schedule and evaluate staff performance while ensuring compliance with policies.
- Monitor patient care quality enforce standards and ensure adherence to nursing regulations.
- Manage budgets monitor expenditures and oversee supply and equipment inventory.
- Establish compassionate environments by supporting patients and families emotionally and psychologically.
- Promote patient independence through education counselling and care goals.
- Ensure safe clean and compliant work environments through policies infection control and documentation.
- Maintain professional knowledge through continuous learning and participation in professional networks.
- Foster teamwork by building rapport communicating effectively and solving problems collaboratively.
- Contribute to organizational goals by improving systems adding value and adapting to new needs.
Facilities Requirements:
- Must have ACLS BLS PALS NRP & TNCC certifications (Must be through the American Heart Association)
- Must have WY RN or multi-state RN license
- Must have 2 years House Supervisor experience in a hospital setting
