Job Description

Job Title: Project Manager - M&A

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Location: Bangalore

Work Mode: Remote - but should be open to go to the office sometimes to meet the client.

Shift: 2 to 11 pm IST

Interview process: 15 minutes call with Canada POC on Thu and 1 hour interview with the client

Seniority: Senior - more than 7 years

Team: Project Management Office Post Acquisition

Top Requirements needed: Project Management experience

Budget: 2.5 lacs per month (Max)

Summary: The consultant will join the client in Post-Acquisition Integration Project Management Office (PMO) supporting the integration efforts of a new acquisition. The individual will play a key role in coordinating cross-functional project activities ensuring alignment with acquisition goals and supporting senior project managers throughout the post-acquisition process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning coordination and execution of post-acquisition integration activities
  • Support project tracking reporting and documentation
  • Facilitate communication across teams and with stakeholders
  • Monitor milestones and deliverables
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to the PMO team
  • Handle the budget management

Key Required Skills:

  • 10 years of experience in Project management developing timelines overseeing execution and leading cross-functional teams with at least 3 years in M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions).
  • At least 5 years of experience running integration planning and monitoring progress to align acquired organizations successfully.
  • Control budgets with 7 years of experience allocating resources tracking costs and producing financial reports to ensure the integration project remains within target spend.
  • Create and maintain detailed plans reporting dashboards and project documentation with 5 years of experience to ensure compliance and smooth project handover.
  • 7 years of leadership experience developing solutions for integration challenges managing risks and driving projects toward successful completion under strict time constraints.
  • Should possesses excellent communication and interpersonal attributes.
