Pay: $16 per hour
Schedule: Monday Friday 8:30 a.m. until done
Duration: Sept. 22 Oct. 14

Position Overview
We are seeking energetic Event Set Up crew members to help transform spaces into immersive visually stunning environments for a seasonal celebration in West Tulsa. From hanging banners and arranging props to setting up lighting and dcor the Event Set Up team will play a key role in creating unforgettable experiences for guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and install decorations according to design plans.
- Safely transport and handle dcor materials and props.
- Assist with lighting signage and table arrangements.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace during setup and teardown.
- Work closely with event coordinators and fellow crew members.
- Ensure all dcor meets safety and aesthetic standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in event setup stage design or visual merchandising preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders or scaffolding.
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
- Punctual and flexible with scheduling including weekends.
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
Bonus Skills
- Carpentry painting or crafting experience.
- Familiarity with themed event design or cultural dcor.
