Job Description
We are seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our growing team in India. You will be responsible for crafting intuitive engaging and aesthetically pleasing user experiences. This role requires a strong understanding of user-centered design principles a keen eye for detail and the ability to translate complex ideas into simple and effective designs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research including interviews surveys and usability testing to understand user needs behaviors and pain points.
- Translate research insights into user flows wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity mockups.
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for Convai playground Convai website etc.
- Collaborate closely with product managers developers and other stakeholders throughout the entire product development lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all products.
- Present and articulate design decisions to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends tools and technologies.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback user testing and data analysis.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma Adobe XD or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles information architecture and usability best practices.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Strong visual design skills with an understanding of typography color theory and layout.
- Ability to create clear and effective user flows wireframes and prototypes.
- Excellent communication collaboration and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with software engineering is a bonus but not required
