Job Title: Parts Wholesaler
Location: Bell Ford North Phoenix
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday Friday with every other Saturday
Job Description:
Bell Ford in North Phoenix is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Parts Wholesaler to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment and is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to wholesale clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist wholesale customers in selecting the correct parts in a friendly and efficient manner
- Handle incoming calls and emails providing accurate pricing and availability
- Communicate technical information clearly to a wide range of customers
- Maintain strong organizational habits and attention to detail in all transactions
- Manage parts inventory and place special orders as needed
- Collaborate with internal departments and support overall parts operations
- Work every other Saturday as scheduled
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in an automotive dealership (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Valid Arizona drivers license with a clean driving record
- Stable work history with strong references
- Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds preferred (but not required)
- Internet parts sales and accessory knowledge a plus
- Ability to multitask solve problems and thrive under pressure
- Team-oriented mindset
