Were looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive to drive our growth in the Mexican market by owning the full sales cyclefrom prospecting to closing. Youll serve as a strategic partner to potential clients introducing them to Claras financial solutions with a consultative data-informed and customer-centric approach. Your day-to-day will combine smart prospecting deep discovery and a focus on outbound execution at scale.
Were looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus not a requirement.
Must haves
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales preferably B2B
Proven track record in outbound customer acquisition managing full pipeline and consistently exceeding quotas
Strong command of prospecting techniques including cold calling cold emailing and social outreach
Proficiency in CRM tools such as Hubspot plus tools like Apollo Lusha Salesloft Scrabin and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Analytical mindset with a structured goal-oriented approach
Nice to haves
Experience in fintech or SaaS sales
Network within the financial services sector
Fluency in English
Natural storytelling and consultative selling style
Grit discipline and obsession with CRM hygiene

Claridians in a hybrid mode split their time between working from the office talking to or visiting customers or working from home. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for each individual and team.
We dont enforce a minimum number of days for most roles but youre expected to spend time at the office organically and be at the office most days during your ramp-up or when required by your leader.
