JOB PROFILE:

Location: Indore (WFO)

Employment Type: Full-time


About the role -

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Assistant Manager to oversee the quality check process for insurance pre-policy medical assessments. The ideal candidate to have exceptional skills in data handling and presentation be highly adaptable and possess strong problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact and collaborate with stakeholders are essential for driving and executing processes effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a quality check or related role preferably within the insurance or healthcare sectors.

  • Strong proficiency in Excel and data presentation tools.

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to interact and collaborate with stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to support and motivate a team.

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing and leading the quality check team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in pre-policy medical assessments.

  • Oversee data handling processes and utilize Excel and other tools for effective data analysis and presentation.

  • Foster a disciplined and accountable team environment encouraging continuous improvement and high performance.

  • Communicate effectively and collaborate with stakeholders to drive process execution and improvements.

  • Understand pre-policy medical reports to ensure accurate interpretation and assessment.

  • Control and closely monitor grievances to maintain them at par with the agreed SLA of the insurer.

  • Drive grievance closure within the specified TAT to ensure timely resolution.

  • Identify and resolve issues quickly to enhance process efficiency and team effectiveness.

  • Adapt to changing business needs and priorities ensuring the team remains aligned with organizational goals.
